Nooruddin Jalal
Founder & Executive Chairman
Nooruddin Jalal is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Bibi Noor Foundation, established in 2022 in memory of his mother, Bibi Noor, and the values of compassion and giving that shaped his life.
As Executive Chairman, Nooruddin provides the Foundation’s overall vision and strategic direction, overseeing its scholarship, care, and community initiatives while developing partnerships that expand opportunities for students and families across Chitral. His focus is on building sustainable programs that create meaningful opportunities through education, dignity, and compassionate service.
Under his leadership, BNF has grown from a scholarship initiative into a broader platform encompassing the Bibi Noor Scholarship Program (BNSP), Dast Aman Scholarship Program (DASP), and Bibi Noor Care (BNC).

Akhlaq Uddin Qazi
Country Director – Scholarship Programs
Akhlaq Uddin Qazi has been associated with Bibi Noor Foundation since 2022 and has played an important role in the development and coordination of its scholarship programs in Chitral.
An experienced educator and school principal within the Alkhidmat Foundation education network in Pakistan, he brings extensive knowledge of students, schools, and local educational needs to BNF.
As Country Director – Scholarship Programs, he coordinates the Foundation’s scholarship activities and oversees the organization of its annual scholarship ceremonies and educational events in Pakistan.
His service to Bibi Noor Foundation is entirely voluntary, reflecting his personal commitment to education and creating opportunities for deserving students.

Amir Muhammad Khan
Country Director – Bibi Noor Care (BNC)
Amir Muhammad Khan brings more than three decades of experience in community and development work, including extensive service with the Aga Khan Foundation and other organizations.
His experience working closely with communities across Chitral has given him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families living in some of the region’s most remote areas.
As Country Director of Bibi Noor Care (BNC), Amir leads BNF’s efforts to identify and support persons with disabilities, vulnerable families, and individuals facing exceptional needs, particularly in underserved and hard-to-reach communities.
His work with Bibi Noor Foundation is entirely voluntary, driven by a lifelong commitment to service, dignity, and care for the people of Chitral.

Syeda Huma Naqvi
Country Coordinator – Communications, Media & Administration
Syeda Huma Naqvi serves as Bibi Noor Foundation’s Country Coordinator for Communications, Media & Administration, supporting the Foundation’s organizational and communication activities in Pakistan.
With experience working with multiple organizations, she coordinates BNF’s communications, media activities, documentation, administrative reporting, and organizational correspondence. She also serves as an important coordination link between the Foundation’s leadership and its Pakistan-based programs and teams.
In her role, Huma helps ensure that BNF’s work, events, student achievements, and community initiatives are documented and communicated professionally while supporting the Foundation’s day-to-day administrative coordination.
With experience working with multiple organizations, she coordinates BNF’s communications, media activities, documentation, administrative reporting, and organizational correspondence. She also serves as an important coordination link between the Foundation’s leadership and its Pakistan-based programs and teams.
