Chitral is a region of breathtaking beauty, but it is also one of profound isolation. Nestled in high terrain, the valleys are often cut off from the rest of the world during harsh winters and climate disasters. For individuals with disabilities, this isolation is compounded by the lack of infrastructure and access to basic resources. In Chitral, people with disabilities face daily challenges that most of us cannot imagine. The nearest hospital may be 50 miles away, but reaching it takes 2-3 hours through rough, off-road terrain. For many, there is no support system—no lifeline beyond the morning sun and the evening moon.
Supporting families in need with essential food and relief packages during the holy month.
The Bibi Noor Care (BNC) initiative aspires to bring smiles and hope to those most in need. We believe that even small acts of kindness can create profound change:

A white canecan give a visually impaired person independence.

A free health checkupcan change the course of someone’s life.

A wheelchaircan ease the burden on an elderly parent caring for their child.

A small gift of groceriescan provide comfort and dignity.
